Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty/skincare items are generally not eligible for return. Unopened items in original condition may be eligible within 14 days of delivery, depending on the product type and condition on arrival.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and the shipping label. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and available stock.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
